UpShop PK is an online shop based in Burewala, Punjab, Pakistan. All products on this site are listed and sold by UpShop PK. Contact: support@upshoppk.com.

• You must be 18 or older, or use the shop with a parent's or guardian's permission.
• Give correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and include any shipping cost shown at checkout.
• We try to show products, photos and stock accurately. If a product is listed with a clearly wrong price or runs out, we may cancel the order and tell you.

• An order is placed when you confirm it at checkout, and you'll see it in your orders. We email a confirmation once the 24-hour cancellation window ends.
• You can cancel an order for free within 24 hours of placing it, from the order page. We start shipping only after this 24-hour window.
• To prevent fake orders, you can have at most 5 orders waiting to ship, up to 20 of one product and 100 items per order.

• Cash on delivery: pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives.
• Online payment (when available): send the total by bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash and upload the payment screenshot. A Rs. 50 discount applies. We ship after we confirm the payment. If we can't confirm it, we'll tell you and you can upload a new screenshot.
• If you refuse a cash-on-delivery parcel without a valid reason, we may turn off cash on delivery for your account. Future orders will then need online payment.

We deliver all over Pakistan with Leopards Courier, usually within 5–7 working days after shipping. Delays caused by the courier, weather or public holidays can happen. See the Returns & Refunds page for wrong or damaged items.

• You can review each product from a delivered order, once per order. You can edit or delete your own review.
• Reviews must be honest and about the product. We may remove reviews that are fake, abusive, spam or off-topic.

• We may restrict an account for fake or prank orders, repeatedly refusing cash-on-delivery parcels, abusive or spam chat messages, fake reviews or payment fraud.
• A restricted account cannot place orders, chat or write reviews. It can still see its orders.
• You can send an appeal from your account. We reply within 5–7 working days.

We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered as described. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the effective date shown.
